I am a native, born and raised Marylander. After retiring from a career in Information Technology, my wife Valerie and I decided to move to Florida in the Summer of 2021. Although we miss our cherished friends and family up North, we most certainly do not miss the cold and icy weather. We thoroughly enjoy our new home and everything this area has to offer, i.e., warmer temperatures, plentiful sunshine, beaches, wonderful restaurants and all of the local flavor. We have met so many wonderful people and made new friends.

All of the details involved in relocating 900 miles away can and did become overwhelming at times. Finding the right agent to walk us through certain processes truly made a difference.
